Shipping Policy

DP Panton Embroidery LLC is committed to processing and delivering custom orders efficiently and securely. All products are custom-made, and production typically takes 5–10 business days depending on order size, design complexity, and current workload. Larger bulk or business orders may require additional processing time, and customers will be notified if an extended timeline is necessary. Orders are not shipped until full payment has been received.
Once an order has been completed and shipped, estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for expedited shipping, if selected. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions. DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has been transferred to them.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, size, and destination. Any free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only within the United States unless otherwise stated. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate, as we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered by the carrier. If a package arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and product so the issue can be reviewed. Local pickup may be available by appointment, and customers will be notified when their order is ready.
