1. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy
All products and services provided by DP Panton Embroidery LLC are custom-made. Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
Customers are responsible for approving all design proofs, spelling, sizes, colors, and placement before production. Once approval is given, the Company is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to complete payment may delay or cancel your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, the customer agrees that all communication and resolution must first be attempted directly with DP Panton Embroidery LLC before initiating disputes through financial institutions.
3. Production & Turnaround Time
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, design complexity, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Customer-Provided Garments
If a customer provides their own garments or materials, DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for damage, misprints, needle breaks, fabric defects, shrinking, or manufacturer flaws. Embroidery is a mechanical process and carries inherent risks.
5. Design Ownership & Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they have legal rights or permission to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or designs submitted to us. The Company is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement related to customer-provided designs.
DP Panton Embroidery LLC retains the right to photograph and use completed work for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
DP Panton Embroidery LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, improper garment care, or misuse of products after delivery.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
8. Website Use
All content on this website, including logos, images, designs, text, and branding, is the property of DP Panton Embroidery LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We reserve the right to update website content, pricing, or policies at any time without prior notice.
9. Refusal of Service
DP Panton Embroidery LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason, including inappropriate, offensive, or illegal design requests.
