DP Panton Embroidery LLC is committed to providing high-quality custom embroidery services. Because all products are made-to-order and personalized, this Refund Policy outlines the specific circumstances under which refunds, replacements, or store credit may be issued.
By placing an order with DP Panton Embroidery LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Custom Orders – No Refund Policy
All custom embroidered products, personalized items, and made-to-order services are final sale. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.
Once a design proof is approved by the customer and production starts, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Deposits & Partial Payments
If a deposit is required to begin work, the deposit is non-refundable. Deposits compensate for design time, digitizing, setup, materials preparation, and production scheduling.
If a customer cancels before production begins, any refund issued will exclude non-recoverable costs such as design fees, digitizing fees, administrative costs, and payment processing fees.
3. Design Approval Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all design proofs, including spelling, grammar, size, color selection, placement, and garment choice.
DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production. No refunds or reprints will be issued for approved mistakes.
4. Order Errors Made by DP Panton Embroidery LLC
If an error is determined to be directly caused by DP Panton Embroidery LLC (such as incorrect design placement, wrong thread color not approved, or incorrect item produced), we may, at our discretion:

Remake the item at no additional cost, or

Offer partial store credit, or
-
Offer a partial refund
The Company reserves sole discretion in determining the appropriate resolution.
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos as evidence.
5. Customer-Provided Garments
When customers supply their own garments or materials, DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for:

Needle breaks
-
Fabric damage
-
Shrinking
-
Manufacturer defects
-
Improper garment performance
Embroidery is a mechanical process and carries inherent risks. No refunds or replacements will be provided for customer-supplied items damaged during production.
6. Shipping Issues
Once a package is shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, DP Panton Embroidery LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a package arrives damaged due to carrier handling, customers must contact us within 48 hours and provide photos. Claims may be filed with the shipping carrier when applicable.
7. Color & Appearance Variations
Slight variations in thread color, garment shade, sizing, or embroidery placement may occur due to screen displays, lighting, or manufacturing differences. These variations do not qualify as defects and are not grounds for refunds.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not permitted.
If a cancellation is approved before production, any refund issued will exclude:

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact DP Panton Embroidery LLC directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their financial institution.
Fraudulent chargebacks for custom-made goods may be contested with supporting documentation, including proof of design approval, communication records, and shipment confirmation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DP Panton Embroidery LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be posted on our website.
